Ila

Ila is a contemporary restaurant, focusing on creating a Mediterranean-Arabic fusion.

To support their vision, we developed a strong brand that managed to highlight these attributes elegantly. Our logo proposal illustrates the word  “ILA”, spelt in Arabic, but is designed to be abstract and dynamic in it’s aesthetic, aimed to maintain the contemporary ethos of the brand. Our color palette was inspired by the blue, bright and cool colors of the Mediterranean region, and the pattern is a repeat line graphic comprising of different palm leaves overlapping. This was our way of linking to the Middle Eastern side of the concept. Line work was used in order to maintain a light, contemporary feel throughout the brand.

Ultimately bringing about an identity that  delivers simplicity, whilst maintaining elegance and character.
