Visual identity for the luxury chocolate brand Blu.
We focused on designing an aesthetic that combined the science and art behind the work of Blu chocolatiers.
One of the ways we achieved this was through designing a scientific labelling system. This enabled us to transparently detail facts about the chocolates, such as production date, ingredients in a particular flavour, cocoa content, weight, location of the beans and details of the process.
This system was brought into a more elegant context through the use of colour and gold foil blocking. Our imagery used (In store, and marketing print collaterals) were aimed to further communicate the crossroads of science and art, carefully detailing ingredients and processes in a stylistic and artistic way.
